What do you like best about Langfinity?

Langfinity gives us fast, accurate real-time translation between our U.S. and Mexico teams. Before, we relied on bilingual employees to interpret during meetings, which slowed everything down. Now everyone stays on the same page without repeating themselves. The accuracy for English, Chinese, and Spanish is excellent, even with heavy accents and manufacturing terminology. Integration with Teams was simple, and our users picked it up immediately. The Langfinity team has also been outstanding, responsive, collaborative, and easy to work with. What do you dislike about Langfinity?

Honestly, very little. We’d love even more ways to expand usage across the company, and the core product works very well for our day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Langfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Langfinity removed a major bottleneck in our cross-border communication. Meetings that used to take 30–60 minutes longer because of language barriers now run efficiently. Our employees no longer lose time acting as interpreters. Instead, they can stay focused on their actual jobs. This has saved us hundreds of hours a year, improved clarity between locations, reduced miscommunications, and made collaboration between our offices seamless.
