What do you like best about Lanes & Planes?

It is quite easy to use the platform, fast and result oriented. Any time reachable service and good communication. I do not need to check baggage & cancellation, booking conditions individually, it's already well packaged in the options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lanes & Planes solving and how is that benefiting you?

Generally it helps a lot in planning of travels. I do not have to spend hours to think about connections or rating of hotels, conditions, and so on.

In real time, I was also satisfied with the customer service.

I had an issue with my reservation that was caused by the hotel at my final destination. I had to call Lanes&Planes, and even late at night they supported me during a short phone call and got everything finalized within a couple of hours. That was really good customer service.
