I had a booking process, that couldn't be finished on the portal. Without any action from me, the lanes&planes support picked up the incident, informed me that they are handling it, and provided an excellent solution within hours. <br><br>Thes service and support were quick, the user interface kept me informed through the entire process and the solution was delivered perfectly. I have been using lanes&planes just recently but there is not much to complain about. the only thing i could think of would be that not all of my preferred accommodations and airlines were supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
