Thanks to the booking platform Lanes & Planes, we can book our business trips centrally and comfortably. The process is designed to be simple, clear, and without hidden costs. Thanks to the direct billing through our cost centers stored there and the invoice creation taking place in the background, employees do not have to advance money or manually download and submit invoices. Re-registering after a logout with an email address and password results in an email being sent with a one-time login link. This slows down the login process a bit. In the user preferences, it is not yet possible to set a limit on stopovers, price, latest arrival time, etc. This leads to additional effort in repeated travel planning. It would also be nice to have an option to hide certain providers or stations if "airplane" is selected as the sole main mode of transport in the personal options.
