What do you like best about Lanes & Planes?

Lanes & Planes impresses with an extremely user-friendly interface and a seamless digital process for business travel. Booking flights, hotels, train journeys, and rental cars is quick, intuitive, and transparent on a single platform.

Particularly noteworthy are the ease of use, the clear presentation of all travel information, and the seamless integration of travel expense management. Receipts can be easily captured, and billing is efficient and time-saving.

The search and booking functions also deliver relevant results and offer high transparency in prices and travel policies. This optimally supports both travelers and companies.

Customer service responds quickly, competently, and solution-oriented. Regular developments and new features show that user feedback is taken seriously and consistently implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lanes & Planes?

Sometimes hotels that were shown as available are not bookable. It doesn't happen often - but it does happen. Furthermore, it happens that the hotel could be selected, was booked, and I subsequently receive an error message that the hotel was not bookable after all. However, this is very, very rare. What problems is Lanes & Planes solving and how is that benefiting you?

Travel bookings. In this specific case, a trip to Paris was booked, a flight had to be rebooked, and the service representative handled it excellently :-) I would like to highlight the friendliness, helpfulness, and pragmatic handling of my service case.
