What do you like best about LANA Process Mining?

Clean, very intuitive, great support and documentation, updates are very frequent, can be tailor-made per requirement and in general, a great experience as their customer so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LANA Process Mining?

Data migration from complex systems can be challenging, especially if the user holds no prior experience. Support for data extraction and loading is around the corner with their ETL functionality. In addition to these, there are a lot more features that are missing when compared to other Process Mining technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LANA Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?

An easy-to-access surface which enables uploading of own data to perform process mining. With the added benefits of integration to the existing infrastructure while ensuring top-notch security.
