What do you like best about LANA Process Mining?
The best thing about this tool is it helps me to do root cause analysis. Also it helps me to do complete customization. It allows you to import CSV file. In graph conformance visualisation is a plus . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about LANA Process Mining?
This is a complete tool, it has every feature you need for your mining. But process benchmarking for visual comparison and metric comparison is not there. Also price is towards Little higher side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
