What do you like best about LaborSoft?
Having case management features, LaborSoft allows for tracking each step of an employee relations case starting with the complaint. Document storage and workflow are the features particularly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about LaborSoft?
I have to write reports for senior management, which are based on certain figures such as case resolution time, and that is uninteresting for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
