What problems is LABGEN LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Labgen has made us much more efficient as a lab. They are able to connect to any office's EHR system in relatively short time. As I mentioned above they jump on any problems quickly and get them resolved quickly. That is critical in order to keep our clients happy. I briefly played with the idea of switching LIS systems (you know the grass is always greener) and could not find one equivalent one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
