What do you like best about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?

We are a small lab with fairly specific parameters that weren't included in a lot of LIMS. The team worked with us to customize LabCollector exactly the way we wanted it, and we can continue those updates and changes as our needs grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?

It is sometimes timely to get assistance through the ticket portal, and I often find chat does not have the answers I need. There have been several growing pains in certain functions, which the team continues to work on, but there are areas that still need improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LabCollector LIMS & ELN solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we started, a big issue we faced was utilizing the Query Builder system. While we are unable to save our own enquiry parameters still, they have made improvements to the filter system which allows grouping of AND/OR filter parameters. This allows us to search for multiple parameters and streamline our search process a lot more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
