What do you like best about KYP.ai?

The way the data is gathered and presented in the dashboards, performance of the tool and overall tool quality comparing to the price. Also, the support we receive from our KYP partners Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KYP.ai?

Not sure if this is only because of the tool or maybe because of our infrastructure (but it may be a good point about the tool integration with client's infrastructure), we had quite many challenges with the tool installation, hence for some time it was difficult to analyze the data for the whole team. Also, despite there are dashboards available, in order to have them presented to our teams (due to data anonymization requirements, etc.), we had to spend some time to prepare the data outside the tool (Excel files, Power BI dashboards, etc.), while I would require this data to be available with a few clicks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KYP.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility of the applications used by our teams helps us understanding which areas we should focus on. Maybe, the outcome that our teams spend majority of their time on communication is too generic, but at least we know which processes and tools we should invest in, to improve the performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
