What do you like best about KYP.ai?

What I like most about KYP.ai is the user interface. It's intuitive enough that you can learn the tool quickly. It's also been a great ally in identifying process improvement opportunities. What do you dislike about KYP.ai?

It's not that I don't like it, I just miss the Process Sphere / Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) capability you find in other tools. It gives you a holistic, end-to-end view of the process in a multi-dimensional way, cutting across different areas of the business, so you can see where the bottlenecks sit and what impact they have. What problems is KYP.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

KYP.ai helps me be more accurate when prioritizing which processes to automate, and more productive in my process analysis. Before, everything was manual and based on interviews with process owners. I often had to take the area's numbers on time spent and time savings entirely at face value. Now I have numbers I can trust, and I can see where the best improvement opportunities actually are.
