What do you like best about KYP.ai?

What do you dislike about KYP.ai?

It might be related to our internal IT team, but I find it complex to perform updates and obtain information from the teams (logs). I would love it if, from the Admin panel, we could complete more of these aspects without requiring support from other areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KYP.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the measurement of productivity, which since the pandemic requires stricter monitoring, especially in areas that do not have specific productivity. Additionally, it allows us to see in detail what people are doing in their teams. It benefits me as a data analyst, as I can trust the information the platform obtains to complete analyses of teams, processes, people, or possible automations.
