What do you like best about Kyozou?

Kyozou has helped us streamline our workflow from inventory through shipping. Our most vital platform has been eBay, and as eBay has continually thrown curveballs at sellers, Kyozou has helped us adapt and overcome those hurdles. Integration with Shopify has been a fantastic addition that has helped us out as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyozou?

It can be time-consuming to manually complete or correct tasks that don't automate as expected. When the automation works, it's great, but making manual adjustments takes a lot of clicking through multiple screens. On the whole, though, so much time is saved through automation that it is ultimately worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kyozou solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of unique pieces of inventory -- millions of SKUs. Kyozou has helped us manage this as our inventory has grown. Since we list all of this on eBay, the Kyozou interface with eBay with automatic listing and relisting has made it possible to list the volume we do and manage it without becoming overwhelming.
