This platform can be used efficiently for work from home purposes or even generally in the office. The best part about this platform is the ability to interact with anyone in the office with just a double click on the area of the individual we want to interact. I also love the feature where we can work efficiently with no disturbance when focusing on critical task. I love this platform as it can avoid overlapping simultaneous communication from team members, With this platform they can see if the individual is busy interacting with others or is he on the desk or away. This makes the communication more efficient. The ability to do close door meeting and open door meeting is also really great. Team can attend a conference by just going to the conference area of the animated space. The onboarding of this platform was also easy and fast. I love the performance of this platform and its reliable communication capability. Meetings can be much more official as it have the ability to record the meetings fixing accountability of the task and responsibility. I also love the capability to integrate with important and common communication platform or tools. **What do you dislike about Kumospace?** I love most part of this platform but I wish there was an AI space where we can interact to do additional work and set automation task or create agents. I also wish that this platform could integrate more with common and large communication platform enhancing the quality of communication. I wish that the pricing of this platform was also moderate as the pricing per individual can escalate beyond the budget. **What problems is Kumospace solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform assist a lot in better communication without the need to physically move around to interact with individuals when need arise. It solves communication issue and even allows us to know if the individual is at his workspace or away interacting with someone. The security of this platform also allows safe communication and the close door meeting allows confined communication with specific individuals. ### 2. I like that Kumospace makes video conferencing easy and this eases communication between teams and we can always enjoy virtual meetings which makes doing business easy. Moreover, the implementation to customize the office was very, very easy and to our liking was a huge plus: not only did we adapt the space to our needs, but the process became a truly fun team building. Also, very easy to use. Integrating it with your tools is achieved with a couple of buttons. Very happy with the tool in general and with the support team who are very quick. 👏 We totally recommend it, we use it every day. **What do you dislike about Kumospace?** To say something negative, the only thing I would improve is the team chat. It works, but if they polish it a bit more, Kumonspace would dominate many markets. **What problems is Kumospace solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our company, Kumospace has helped us solve several key problems: Lack of connection and smooth communication when working remotely → now interaction is agile, natural, and much more human. Difficulty in maintaining team cohesion → having a shared virtual office makes us feel like we are together, which strengthens team culture. Need for personalization and sense of belonging → being able to adapt the space to our identity made the team feel more involved and motivated. It has bee quite helpful from a social and teambuilding perspective **What do you dislike about Kumospace?** - May have a learning curve for users who generally struggle with digital tools. - Doesn't work well for users with low bandwidth connections - may require some optimization from the backend (like zoom). - Would be nice to extend the usage limit from 4 hour/week. **What problems is Kumospace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are conducting an online education course - The Alt Protein Fundamentals Programme - on Kumospace and it has solved one of our biggest challenge - create spaces for people to disperse in groups and collaborate. There are multiple elements in our meetings which require all participants to work together, breakout into smaller group, and also breakout further to do educational tasks. Kumospace provides us this flexibility - and people can choose to break out into groups for effective collaboration as per their own time and need, and we do not have to struggle with creating individual breakout rooms like in zoom/teams/google meet. ### 5. At the end of day one they were sold on Kumospace. The best bit is they felt liek they were all still working in the same office as we were able to set up a shared open workspace area so everyone could hear everyone throughout the day. Great feature! **What do you dislike about Kumospace?** We need more decor items for staff to decorate as they do spend time updating their office space. **What problems is Kumospace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to be able to work in an open plan office but from home. Our virtual office allows staff to work their entire day from home whilst still hearing everyone else which means its a true replication of our physical office space. ### 6.
