What do you like best about Kumo HR?

Kumo HR brings everything into one place, which removes a lot of manual work and fragmentation across HR processes. The AI support is genuinely useful, helping with tasks like drafting feedback, managing policies, and guiding workflows without needing deep HR expertise. The platform is intuitive, and features like ATS, performance, and document management are well connected rather than siloed. What do you dislike about Kumo HR?

It’s a very advanced platform, but as a newer product there are still some areas being refined. Occasionally you’ll notice small UI inconsistencies or features that are still evolving as new modules are rolled out. That said, updates are frequent and it’s clear the product is improving quickly. What problems is Kumo HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kumo HR solves the fragmentation and inefficiency across core people operations by bringing HR, payroll, performance, compliance, and employee engagement into a single AI-powered platform. Before Kumo, we were relying on multiple disconnected tools and manual processes, which created data inconsistencies, delayed decision-making, and increased admin overhead.

With Kumo, we now have a centralised system that automates repetitive tasks, improves data accuracy, and provides real-time visibility across the organisation. The AI layer also supports faster decision-making through insights, recommendations, and assisted workflows.

The biggest benefit has been operational efficiency and scalability. Tasks that previously took hours are now handled in minutes, and we can manage growth without needing to proportionally increase HR resources.
