What I like best about Kudos is how effortlessly it boosts team morale by making daily hard work instantly visible. It creates a simple, positive space where coworkers across different shifts can recognize each other's efforts in real time, tie praise directly to core company values, and celebrate wins together—building a genuinely supportive culture where everyone feels valued. What I find least helpful about Kudos is that point limitations can sometimes restrict how often you can show genuine appreciation to deserving team members. Additionally, because giving recognition relies on individual initiative, some hard-working staff or quieter shifts can easily be overlooked, making the recognition feel uneven across the team.
