I think the best part of Kudos is the points system which lets me appreciate my colleagues. I also enjoy the gifts and fun emojis that let me express myself more personally than just saying "good job." The point distribution is good, and I really like the Kudos reward section where you can turn points into vouchers. I find the Kudos reward site is often down, which is really frustrating. Most times when I try to open it, there's a big chance it's not going to load. Also, 150 points a month isn't enough. I might give Kudos to a few people early in the month and not have any left for others I meet later. It would be great to have a system to upgrade the number of Kudos points available. Lastly, while the UI is user-friendly, having a mobile app would be really helpful since I'm not always on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
