"Kudos Makes Peer Recognition and Perks Easy for Everyone"

What do you like best about Kudos?

I love how we can recognize our peers through a social media platform like so that everyone in the company can see what a great job/performance our peers are doing. I also enjoy all of the different perks that comes along with the Kudos platform. I honestly think every company should invest in this feature at their companies which to me is a great way to give back to your employees. I also love the all Inclusiveness of it all. What do you dislike about Kudos?

What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe this saves the company time when it comes to showing real appreciation through monthly awards and similar recognition. With this platform, they don’t have to wait until the end of the quarter or the end of the year to recognize someone for top performance, or for truly stepping up while someone else was out. It also gives us the freedom to give different types of awards, with different point amounts, so we can earn points and shop on our own to pick out what we want. The store is like Heaven.
