It is very easy to use and the interface is easy to navigate. The refine is an easy integrated AI that helps me a great deal. I can't talk about pricing as it is integrated with my workflow. At times, the volume of Kudos notifications feels a bit overwhelming, and it isn’t always easy to quickly spot the most meaningful recognition.
