"Company-Wide Kudos That Make Everyone Feel Valued"

What do you like best about Kudos?

I really value the opportunity Kudos provides to recognise and celebrate colleagues for their contributions and achievements. It creates a positive sense of appreciation and recognition, while also making me feel valued when I receive Kudos myself. I particularly appreciate the transparency it brings, allowing the whole company to see what others value and recognise in one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

One area that could be improved is the inability to carry unused Kudos over to the following month. For example, if you’re out of the office towards the end of the month and still have Kudos available to give, you effectively lose the opportunity to recognise a colleague during that month. Allowing unused Kudos to roll over could provide greater flexibility and ensure that recognition isn’t missed simply due to timing or absence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it helps bring the team closer. It’s especially useful when I’m hosting a meeting and want to start with an icebreaker. For example, I can offer kudos to the first person who gives the correct answer. In my experience, this is a good way to draw attention to the meeting and encourage more people to participate and stay engaged.

I also really value the opportunity to recognise my team for the hard work and contributions they make. I appreciate that the comments are visible to everyone, as it helps create a culture of recognition and appreciation across the company. I also think it’s valuable for leadership to see which employees are frequently recognised and, importantly, why they are being recognised.
