I really value KUDO's reliable simultaneous interpretation, which is built directly inside the meeting workflow. This feature helps us avoid delays or miscommunication by not juggling separate translation services during our SOC-2 readiness calls with overseas offshore engineers at Aptude Inc. Team members can select their preferred language feed in-call, keeping discussions about vulnerability remediation and cloud IAM controls clear. The ability to record interpreted sessions provides us with usable reference material. Additionally, I appreciate KUDO’s straightforward participant management for our cross-border security audit meetings, allowing me to quickly assign interpreter roles and restrict join permissions to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive security discussions. The playback of interpreted recordings is effective, enabling my DevSecOps team to revisit important points later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
KUDO has some gaps that create pain points for our FedRAMP and SOC-2 compliance work at Aptude Inc. Its native activity logs are fairly high-level and cannot capture granular participant actions needed for our security audit evidence. I also run into audio sync drift between the original audio and interpreted streams during cross-border meetings, which confuses our engineering attendees. Another issue is that there are no custom metadata fields to tag meetings to specific workstreams, and without custom integrations, I'm spending extra time manually copying meeting artifacts over to our security documentation platform before audits. Additionally, I encountered minor duplicate entries while importing our contact list during setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
