What do you like best about Krystal?

Krystals infrastructure is great. We have never experienced any downtime and their support is top-notch. The portal is easy to use and sites are easy to migrate and use. Customer service is always willing to go above and beyond, several times the tech team have helped me with issues that were outside of their support role.

Update as of 24/10/2025: Krystal still remains a vital part of our buisness and they have only gotten better. They now offer a website builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krystal?

I have always had a perfect service from Krystal so I cant see any negatives.

What problems is Krystal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a solid and relaible hosting solution helps our MSP immensly as we offer uninteruppted uptime on websites. The ease of use and all round fuctionailty of the Krystal panels is great for a reseller. The costs are very fair and you get excellent support alongside a solid server.

Update: We now use Krystal for hosting .gov.uk domains, as all other registrars do not do this. Sometimes it takes a few weeks, but I think that's standard as it relies on Gov depeartments. But no issues with the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
