What do you like best about Kroolo?

I recently started using Kroolo to manage my projects and daily work, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the platform.

What I liked:

Clean, intuitive interface: The UI is modern and user-friendly.

Modular approach to workspaces: I love how Kroolo lets you customize your workspace based on your needs—whether it’s a personal planner, a team project board, or content calendar.

Collaboration tools: Comments, mentions, and file attachments all work seamlessly.

Goals and OKRs feature: Not many platforms integrate goal-setting and performance tracking into daily workflows this naturally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kroolo?

Mobile experience: While the desktop version is excellent, the mobile app feels slightly less polished. It works, but some views are harder to navigate, and responsiveness could be better.

Third-party integrations: Kroolo offers basic integrations, but it would be great to see more native connections with popular tools like Slack, GitHub, and Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kroolo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most people use multiple tools—one for tasks, another for notes, yet another for goal tracking, and still another for communication. This leads to scattered information and lost context.

How Kroolo helps?
