It stops miscommunication in its tracks by allowing clients to pin comments to the exact second and draw on the screen, so our editors make the right fixes on the first try and finish projects much faster. I also find the initial setup of KROCK.io super easy—it was pretty much plug-and-play. We set up our team workspace, invited a few clients, and were reviewing projects within 10 or 15 minutes. The mobile experience definitely needs work—reviewing projects or uploading large files on a phone can feel pretty sluggish.
