  ### 1. Strong Performance and Intuitive UI, But Pricing and Transcription Accuracy Need Work

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

It has really strong performance overall. I like how it integrates with the call software automatically, without prompting me to set it up each time. I also appreciate the automatic start and the fact that I don’t need to give specific instructions every time I use it. On top of that, the interface is great and feels very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

For me, the main issue is the pricing. They used to offer a great free tier, but it’s no longer available, and it felt like a really good deal even if you only got an hour out of it. The AI transcription rarely got everything exactly right, but I think it’s fair to say that would be difficult for any system to do consistently. I also never needed support, so I can’t really speak to that side of the product.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a dog that ocasionally decides to bark, and it is really uncomfortable for customers to hear that, so it mainly helps me mitigate that. Also, if I have a fan or there's a car making noise in my neighbourhood it normally takes care of it. Helps me sound way more professional

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I really like that I can access recordings if I forgot the details of a call, that happens often. People talk fast, and I take many calls a day. With Krisp, I don't have to call people back to ask them to repeat details.

I like that it takes meeting notes for me; I used to have to do it myself, but it was difficult to pay attention, answer questions, and also take notes. 

It's really good at removing all noise from the background; sometimes my 4 dogs all bark in the background right next to me, and clients don't hear a thing.  And the dark mode is amazing! I don't strain my eyes while using it.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I don't like that the Krisp window has to open when I turn on my device in order to turn on in the background and that it has to stay open until it finishes loading; this is a minor thing, really. I just don't like having to close it.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to leave my dogs outside all day anymore or ask my family not to use the TV while I work.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp is an absolute must-have for anyone who works remotely, especially parents!

I have a tiny human who can be screaming at the top of her lungs in the next room with the nanny, fully committed to a toddler tantrum, and no one on my calls can hear her. There have even been times when she was sitting right next to me during a meeting, and my team still could not hear her. We have tested it!

The noise cancellation is truly amazing and has made working from home so much easier and more professional. I also love having meeting transcripts available afterward and being able to search for specific keywords instead of digging through an entire recording.

Between the noise reduction and searchable meeting transcripts, Krisp has become one of my favorite remote-work tools. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Would like it to integrate with more software, like MyCase and slack for example.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100% noise reduction.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I really appreciate Krisp's noise cancellation which provides crystal clear communication by canceling all the audio background noise. This feature allows me to focus solely on the conversation with my customers without worrying about distractions or missing parts of the conversation. I also like the note taker for important meetings and the ability to connect and work across multiple apps simultaneously. Also, Krisp is a low power consumer, which I find very appealing, and the initial setup was simple as long as the correct audio input settings are chosen.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The app can be more simplified and more streamlined, there's too much clutter and submenus. At the moment, everything is all in the same part and it doesn't help.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp provides full noise cancellation, ensuring crystal clear communication and eliminating distractions in business calls. It also takes notes and allows multitasking across apps, so I can focus on conversations without fear of missing anything.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like how effective the product is, and that you can always tell whether the tool is working or not. It’s also easy to switch to another device, like a headset.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Krisp isn’t really available for Android in the way I need it for phone calls or WhatsApp calls. It says it’s available on Android, but it doesn’t have the same features as the computer version.

A few times, a patient has mentioned that my laugh doesn’t sound natural, like it gets cut off, and sometimes it even sounds robotic.

Also, the colour indicator used to be green or red depending on whether it was working, and now it’s purple. That change isn’t great.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with patients, and even in an relatively quiet setting, I can’t always avoid background noise, like a loud car passing by or a dog barking nearby. This helps keep my voice clearer during conversations and makes me sound more professional.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I like best is the noice cancelling, that is lifeblood for the job I perform. Sometimes I also use the recording feature for reviewing my performance: interpreting. So I use it to reflect upon my craft, note mistakes and keep a portfolio of more adequate versions.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I dislike that it SO heavy on simpler machines, such as my 2018 macbook air. It makes it boiling hot when it´s running, I wish there was a LITE version, just like uber does. I don´t need all these gadgets... it´s really annoying and I have lost the chance to pickup SEVERAL calls because of Krisp, causing a lost in my revenue. Also, there is simply not an EASY way to deactivate the default recording option. I even opened tickets about it.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Muffling sounds that do not need to be there, and when I need to record something it´s all in one. I don´t need to open another app, that´s great.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I really like that it doesn’t need to join meetings, since it can be difficult to take notes when AI notetakers aren’t permitted. I also appreciate how easy it is to switch from voice recording to video recording, and how simple it is to find any of the meetings afterward.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think the Spanish transcript isn’t that good for some meetings. I work in both Spanish and English, and in Spanish it sometimes doesn’t capture the correct words and ends up adding some gibberish symbols instead.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me listen much more carefully so I can ask the right questions, gather more information, and then go back to each transcript or recording to make sure I don’t forget any item, detail, or task. I handle too much information, and it can be difficult to remember everything.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I like most about Krisp is how effectively it removes background noise—especially barking dogs from my neighbors. As an interpreter, clear audio is essential for accuracy and concentration, and Krisp helps me stay focused and deliver professional results, even when I’m working in a noisy environment.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

It can use a noticeable amount of CPU, and it occasionally slows down my computer when I’m running other heavy apps. The transcriptions are inaccurate most of the time, although I rarely need them anyway.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp solves the problem of background noise during interpreting sessions. It blocks barking dogs and other distractions that used to affect my focus and performance. Thanks to Krisp, I can deliver clear, professional communication even from home, which improves client satisfaction and my confidence.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

The accent changer is the best! I can now change my accent especially the African-English accent it gives me more confidence.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think the caption in from both recording and transcribing feature. Most of the time it wasn’t the same thing ti what my client told me. Let’s say 70% is accurate then 30% is either wrong transcription or there are some lines are missing.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to secure my job since I worked remotely. I’ve been using it since December 2025 coz I work during new year’s eve and the noise was crazy that’s were I started using krisp. Until now I am still working with the same company without worrying if my dogs is barking or any unnecessary noise.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I really like Krisp's noise reduction feature. I can have somebody clapping next to me, and it won't be heard by the microphone; only my voice will be. Even if a dog is barking in the front of my house or if I'm typing something, those sounds won't be picked up. This is crucial in a medical interpreting environment. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to follow step by step. It also shows how sound changes with and without Krisp, and the noise reduction is amazing. It integrates well with my calendars, software. Krisp has a minimalist and user-friendly interface compared to the previous solution, SteelSeries, which was more geared towards music production. Overall, it's a really good tool for achieving a noise-free environment, and I think it's beneficial not only for medical interpreting but for everyone wanting clear communication.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I believe the only thing that can be improved by Krisp is the update feature. I recently had a slight problem with the update. I wasn't able to update Krisp even though I tried like four or five times. So what I had to do is uninstall the complete software and install it again from the website. And this time, it came already integrated with the new update. That's all, actually. Besides that, it's working perfectly fine.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp for noise reduction, keeping my medical interpreting environment free of unwanted sounds, improving communication by minimizing interruptions.
