What do you like best about Krisp?

I Krisp gives me peace of mind knowing all my conversations are recorded. The transcriptions are perfect, as is the noise cancellation feature. Thanks to Krisp, I’ve been able to keep my job, and my performance has increased by 100%. I was taught there were some things money could not buy, then I subscribed to Krisp services and found out that was not true. Best decision of my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I live in an area with a lot of background noise; at one point, my boss told me that if I didn't resolve the background noise issue, he would have to find someone else for the job. The transcripts have been a huge help; previously, it was difficult to catch and pin down details like addresses and other information shared by clients. Now, I have the peace of mind knowing everything is recorded, so I can review it after the interaction and ensure I have the correct information. This has saved me time and eliminated the need to constantly ask the client to repeat themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
