The dashboard is user-friendly, and the risk scores are presented very clearly, making it straightforward to approve, decline, or review transactions without any uncertainty. I also appreciate the high level of customization available for the rules—you can adjust them to fit your specific business requirements, which helps minimize false declines while maintaining strong protection. What do you dislike about Kount?

The pricing may seem high for smaller businesses, and there are occasions when the system flags transactions that are only borderline, requiring manual review. What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kount primarily addresses the issue of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks. Prior to implementing it, identifying risky orders in a timely manner was challenging, and many decisions relied heavily on manual reviews.
