**What do you like best about Kotis Design?**

Kotis is very communicative and responds quickly. Their MyKotis platform is also easy to use, and I appreciate that it’s a shared space where both me, as the client, and the Kotis team can post updates and stay aligned. They also help us find good pricing based on our order quantities, which has been really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kotis Design?**

At this time, I don’t really have any complaints. Even when one of our shipments was mistakenly sent to the wrong address, Kotis handled the situation quickly and professionally, and the issue was corrected soon after.

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kotis allows us to order all the branded products we need from one place. They also partner with other Dexcom teams, which is a big plus because they’re already familiar with our company culture.

**What do you like best about Kotis Design?**

The ability to manage all of my projects from the platform instead of relying on phone calls and emails.

**What do you dislike about Kotis Design?**

Nothing specific of “dislike” but maybe their software can be a bit more modernized - using AI and other features that can be implemented.

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company uniform system. Much easier to handle with kotis now.

The team is very responsive and the quality of products is high.

**What do you dislike about Kotis Design?**

I wish there was a self-service option for ordering and I wish I could pay immediately rather than waiting for an invoice in a separate session.

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to create several ordering pages for various teams and use cases has been really great.

We appreciate the feedback on self-service ordering and payment for new product orders. Our swag programs do allow self-service ordering for products already in inventory, so it sounds like you may be referring to the ordering process for new products. MyKotis helps keep that process organized in one place, including proofs, approvals, order details, and updates so we can provide self-service through as much of your order process as possible. 

Though, for new product orders, we keep an extra step between order submission and payment so our team can confirm the final invoice before production. Pricing can change based on the final design, quantity, decoration, and shipping, which aren't finalized until after you submit your order. That step also helps us catch last-minute issues, like stock changes or timing concerns, before an order moves forward, saving time and disappointment later.

This process also helps us keep pricing tighter instead of building in a larger cushion upfront for every order, which is what we see with most self-service options. That said, easier ordering and a smoother payment flow are absolutely things we want to keep improving, so we’re sharing this feedback with our team. If you have questions or thoughts about this, we’d love to hear it, please don’t hesitate to discuss with your account team.

**What do you like best about Kotis Design?**

I loved working with Kelsey Madden at Kotis Design. She was efficient, fast to respond, and made everything quick and easy. I appreciated how she answered all my questions in detail, which left me well informed. Designing the bar mitzvah sweatshirt was pretty amazing. Kelsey Madden listened to my suggestions and incorporated them perfectly. The sweatshirt turned out great, and my kid loves the feel of it. I also appreciated Kotis Design's time efficiency and professionalism. They logically explained the timeline for ordering and delivery, which was really helpful. The initial setup was easy, and I got valuable feedback on my ideas for the design. Overall, they were great, and I appreciated everything they did.

Nothing

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kotis Design solved my party favor dilemma for my son's bar mitzvah. They were time-efficient, logical, and professional, clearly explaining timelines, order requirements, and delivery. It was informative and smooth.

Kotis offers quality promotional products and their customer service is better than I have seen. They are very quick, efficient and accommodating. It took no time to onboard with them as a new vendor.

I haven't found any dislikes yet, but I am at the very beginning of our working relationship.

Customer event swag, branded promotional items, and ensuring our go to market presence is professional, modern, on brand, and consistent.

**What do you like best about Kotis Design?**

I love the easy to use interface of Kotis Design. It's great for when we're sharing it with people who have never used it. It's just like a basic online shopping experience, so it's very self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Kotis Design?**

I think there are some features to the platform that could be improved, like being able to upload different files or change small things. My other issue is inventory management. It's not always the correct things that are being added back in or out. And we don't always have the most precise counts.

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kotis Design helps with inventory management, ensuring our event supplies move in and out smoothly and are restocked accurately. It simplifies managing immediate flag needs and event zones, supporting our logistical needs seamlessly.

We’re actively prioritizing improvements that make the platform more self‑service and intuitive, and several of the items you mentioned are already on our roadmap for upcoming releases. We regularly share technical updates with our program admins, so you’ll continue to see enhancements roll out there.

On the inventory side, we work closely with our warehouse team to maintain accuracy and can absolutely continue cycle counts to further tighten that up. I’ll have our Platform Team Manager reach out to schedule a feedback call as well. Our in‑house development team relies heavily on feedback like this to keep improving the platform, and we truly appreciate you being a partner in that process.

**What do you like best about Kotis Design?**

Kotis has been a HUGE improvement from our previous company store. We didn't realize it until we moved to Kotis, but we were actually stunting our own internal culture with our previous vendor. With Kotis, we've been able to Reward & Recognize employees with ease, we're excited about holiday gifts we're already working on (custom ugly sweaters - YES PLEASE), and we're rolling out New Hire store-fronts so our 100% remote employee population can get the swag they want right away upon hire, sent directly to their homes. Our experience to date has been pretty darn awesome!

**What do you dislike about Kotis Design?**

The only miss we've noticed so far is the opportunity for managers to be able to easily rewards & recognize their employees themselves. Today, managers have to ask HR, HR issues a Gift Card code, and the employee shops. It would be easier if the manager was able to have a budget set-up and had a dashboard where they could process a Gift Card code on their own.

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kotis is allowing us to better recognize our employees. We haven't used the service yet, but we're excited to use Kotis for tradeshows as well!

I use Kotis Design for all the swag content for our events. I appreciate their brainstorming ideas and excellent service, which really help. They are very flexible and patient, especially when we have many constituents giving their opinions. Their customer service is top-notch, and the initial setup was extremely easy. I have already recommended Kotis Design to others and would likely do so again.

quality of certain items, like ceramic mugs and how the graphics were glued on.

We partner directly with premium retail brands like Marine Layer, Fellow, Lululemon, and more, and we create a custom showcase based on products we’ve personally tested and love along with factors like your budget, quantity and use case. Through Kotis Picks (our take on a Wirecutter‑style review), we highlight best‑selling items and evaluate them on things like quality, feel, fit, wearability after washing, and overall durability. Sometimes these picks are a higher end price point, but a lot of the time we prefer the more budget friendly options that feel expensive. Lack of stock in desired color was not discovered until after proofing a design, forcing a redesign to an alternate color, which should have been identified earlier.

**What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Diverse branding options for more than just apparel, but physical items that employees will use regularly.

Your feedback on the stock issue is fair. Inventory can move quickly in swag because color and size availability often comes from shared supplier stock and can be purchased by other clients at any point. To help reduce issues like this, our typical process is to show products with available stock during selection and before starting mockups, then recheck before order submission in case anything has changed.

That said, we know it’s frustrating to adjust a design after product selection or proofing has started, and we want to avoid that whenever possible. We’re sharing this with our team as a reminder to flag inventory concerns early and remove unavailable items from showcases when product options are being reviewed.
