Kotis design always has quality products at good prices. Their design team is great with placing logos and images in the best spot on products. The Kotis portal is straightforward and easy to use. The Kotis team is very responsive and supportive when I have questions or need support. I like that I can trust that Kotis will get the products I order to me accurately and on time. Kotis has many reports that are helpful to keep track of details like inventory and shipping costs. It would be helpful to be able to create a dashboard or to combine separate reports into a custom report that includes all the details I need in one view / report. We also appreciate your feedback on reporting. MyKotis offers several tools to track inventory, shipping costs, and other program details, but we understand that combining multiple reports to get a complete picture of your spending creates extra work, especially for larger swag programs.
We're currently rebuilding the MyKotis platform and hope to offer more detailed purchasing information and improved reporting capabilities with the new system. We've also shared your specific request for customizable reporting with our product team. While we can't confirm which improvements will be included just yet, this is exactly the kind of feedback we're considering as we build the new platform.
