They're open to feedback, ensuring our needs are met, and they continue to enhance their products and services. I find features like showcases, inventory management, and different reports crucial in tracking budgets and managing my 50 events a year. Inventory alerts keep me updated with what's going on, and their reporting features help with quarterly reporting and budgeting.
