What do you like best about Kotis Design?

What I liked best about working with Kotis Design was how organized and user-friendly the entire process was. From placing the order to reviewing artwork and tracking the project, everything was easy to follow. Their online system kept everything in one place, which made communication simple and efficient. I also appreciated how responsive and professional the team was throughout the process. Whenever I had a question or needed an update, they were quick to respond and helpful. What do you dislike about Kotis Design?

There isn't much I dislike about working with Kotis Design. One thing that could make the experience even better would be having a kickoff call with the project manager at the beginning of the project. That would help ensure everyone is aligned on expectations, artwork, timelines, and any project-specific details from the start. What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kotis Design solves the challenge of managing custom branded merchandise by bringing design services, product sourcing, and project management together in one place. Having access to both promotional products and a design team makes the process much more efficient, especially when coordinating larger orders. Instead of working with multiple vendors, everything is handled through one team, which saves time, keeps branding consistent, and makes it easier to execute projects from start to finish. That’s exactly what we want our swag program to do: bring product sourcing, design support, project management, and communication into one place so custom branded merch is easier to manage from start to finish.

We also appreciate the kickoff call feedback. Communication styles can vary across different account teams, your team should be working with you on a communication plan that works for you as well. Please let your creative project manager know ahead of your next project that you'd prefer to kick off with a call first, and they should be happy to support this. Passing our team a reminder to set up calls with clients when a new project comes up as well.
