It was simple and easy to understand how to map a profile against a role and the score gave me a good comparison point. I also got the questions I can ask a candidate to judge how they fare for the role and what to watch out for. Most of us are not experts at taking interviews and learn based on our own experiences which are very varied. This tool is also helping me be better at taking an interview and also avoid the costly mistake of hiring someone who might not be a good fit or help me understand what areas I need to support this candidate. I used it for myself also to see how I fare against the role I play and frankly it was quite magical and rewarding. The questionnaire was fun and easy and didn't take too long.
