What do you like best about KORONA POS?

customer support is exceptional. The support team is extremely knowledgable and can fix any problems or questions you might have. I am completely sold on this cloud based software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

It took time getting used to. I was very concerned at first that I would not be able to get it to do what I needed but we did figure everything out with the help of support. They have always been willing to help me set up or figure out anything I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use the multistore feature. Being able to track transactions at all my remote locations in realtime has been amazing. Inventory management works excellent. No more spending hours trying to figure out features on my own I just call them and they are quick to help. Saves me a lot not having to hire an in house technician. They make everything look easy.
