What do you like best about KORONA POS?

Customer support is exceptional. The support team is extremely knowledgeable and can fix any problems or questions you might have. I am completely sold on this cloud-based software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

It took time getting used to. I was very concerned at first that I would not be able to get it to do what I needed but we did figure everything out with the help of support. They have always been willing to help me set up or figure out anything I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use the multistore feature. Being able to track transactions at all my remote locations in real-time has been amazing. Inventory management works excellently. No more spending hours trying to figure out features on my own; I just call them, and they are quick to help. Saves me a lot not having to hire an in-house technician. They make everything look easy.
