What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kore.ai helps address the challenge of automating customer support and internal service processes by using intelligent virtual assistants. It enables us to build conversational solutions that can answer common questions, guide users through various processes, connect to external APIs, and hand off conversations to human agents when needed.

For me, this means less development time, simpler management of conversational flows, and an easier way to integrate multiple services within a single platform.
