What do you like best about Kore.AI?

What I like most about Kore.ai is its powerful Agent Platform for building conversational AI and voice assistants. It makes it straightforward to design complex conversation flows, integrate with enterprise systems via APIs, and use AI capabilities for intent detection and automation. I also value the flexibility to customize workflows, support multiple languages, and build production-ready solutions without extensive coding. Overall, these capabilities have noticeably improved our development process and helped us deliver enterprise-grade conversational experiences more efficiently. What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

I don’t have any major dislikes about Kore.ai. Overall, it’s a powerful, feature-rich platform for building conversational AI solutions. That said, during some enterprise implementations I’ve occasionally noticed a few seconds of latency in the Agent Platform, which can reduce the responsiveness of voice-based interactions. Also, some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve for new users. More guided onboarding, clearer and more detailed documentation, and additional real-world examples would make it easier to get started and help users fully take advantage of the platform’s capabilities. Kore.ai helps us automate both customer and employee interactions by enabling us to build intelligent conversational AI and voice assistants. It makes it easier to design and manage complex conversation flows, integrates smoothly with enterprise APIs and backend systems, and supports multilingual experiences. As a result, we’ve reduced manual effort, sped up development, and improved the overall user experience. In my day-to-day work, it has helped us deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions more efficiently, while still giving us the flexibility to tailor workflows to specific business requirements.
