I don’t have any major dislikes about Kore.ai. Overall, it’s a powerful, feature-rich platform for building conversational AI solutions. That said, during some enterprise implementations I’ve occasionally noticed a few seconds of latency in the Agent Platform, which can reduce the responsiveness of voice-based interactions. Also, some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve for new users. More guided onboarding, clearer and more detailed documentation, and additional real-world examples would make it easier to get started and help users fully take advantage of the platform’s capabilities.
