"Konveio - Great platform that did everything it promised!"

What do you like best about Konveio Document Engagement Platform?

The agency I work for used Koneio for a Climate Plan. Two things I particularly appreciated about Konveio were its ease of use and the level of service provided by the team. The platform user interface was intuitive and straightforward to navigate, making it easy for staff to control and members of the public to review and comment on the plan. Being able to respond directly to comments on the plan made the process of reviewing and responding to comments much easier and more efficient. Given the beautiful diversity of our community, we greatly appreciated the translation feature, which was especially valuable in supporting broader and more inclusive community engagement. When we utilized Konveio, AI was still relatively new, so we also took the opportunity to utilize and showcase that feature. We thought it was a very neat and innovative tool that gave members of the public another way to engage with the plan by allowing them to query the information and focus specifically on the topics and issues that mattered most to them..

Throughout the entire public comment period, we did not encounter any issues, and we did not receive any reports from the public of difficulties trying to access the platform or submit comments. Overall, Konveio provided a reliable, user-friendly platform that effectively supported our public engagement process. Lastly, the quick to respond customer services is amazing 10/10. What do you dislike about Konveio Document Engagement Platform?

We did not have any dislikes or complaints about the platform. One consideration, particularly at the time we utilized Konveio, was the document size limit at that time. We had not researched this requirement in advance, so we needed to make some adjustments to the document to ensure it could be uploaded. While this required some additional preparation on our end, it was manageable and did not impact our experience with the platform. In the future, we would simply recommend being aware of the document size requirements when preparing materials for upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Konveio Document Engagement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Konveio helped us address the challenge of making a lengthy public plan easier for our community to access, understand, and provide meaningful feedback on.
