What do you like best about Kontentino?

Kontentino has a very clean and intuitive interface, making social media post planning, feedback collection, and client approvals seamless. What I like best is how straightforward and clear the approval process is, even for clients. On top of that, I really appreciate that they constantly add new features to the platform, and whenever needed, the support team is fast and incredibly helpful. Yes, absolutely. What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The mobile app can sometimes feel a bit cluttered and less intuitive, and I need to refresh it to get everything to display correctly. Also, when I schedule an Instagram post and later reschedule it, it sometimes ends up publishing twice. Lastly, when posting to TikTok, the text gets published unformatted (There are no spaces between paragraphs) even though it looks properly formatted inside Kontentino. What problems is Kontentino solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kontentino helps me easily present posts to clients so they can clearly visualize how the final content will look. The visual calendar gives us a clear overview of what the upcoming month will look like, which I really appreciate. The feedback process is smooth thanks to direct comments, and the entire workflow is much less stressful and faster because I can easily duplicate posts across different social platforms. I also love that I can use labels/tags to easily filter and see how much content we have for each specific topic. Plus, being able to schedule the first comment makes everything run smoothly and without any last-minute rush or stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glad the approval process is coming through as clear as it's meant to be, clients not needing help to understand it is the goal. The double-publish on rescheduled Instagram posts and the TikTok spacing issue are worth putting in front of the team directly - if you send the details (which post, roughly when) to support@kontentino.com, they can dig into your account and see what's actually happening there. Good flag on the mobile refresh too, we'll pass that along as well.
