What do you like best about Konnect Insights?

I use Konnect Insights for social listening analytics and monitoring. I really appreciate how complaints and escalations from social media platforms are handled seamlessly, and the visualizations and dashboards are a big help since the flow of conversations is so visible there. The CSAT feature is valuable for understanding the customer experience overall, and I like that multiple social channels have been integrated recently. What do you dislike about Konnect Insights?
