The parallel dialer is amazing. I get through my work so much faster than I ever could with a single-line dialer. I absolutely love the new UI, and the AI note taker saves me a ton of time. Reporting is extremely important for us, and the number of features Konsert offers—especially the ability to drill down into micro reports—has been a real game changer for me.
