"Konsert’s Parallel Dialer, New UI, and AI Notes Supercharge Productivity"

What do you like best about Koncert?

The parallel dialer is amazing. I get through my work so much faster than I ever could with a single-line dialer. I absolutely love the new UI, and the AI note taker saves me a ton of time. Reporting is extremely important for us, and the number of features Konsert offers—especially the ability to drill down into micro reports—has been a real game changer for me. What do you dislike about Koncert?

I’ve been using Konsert for just over a year, and so far I have zero complaints. There have been a few minor glitches here and there, but whenever that happens I just log a ticket and Support typically has it fixed within a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m getting four times more calls done in a day than on any other platform I’ve used in the past. That means I’m four times more productive, which translates into a much bigger profit at the end of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
