I find the AI parallel dialer and flow dialer functions in Koncert very helpful as they have generated over 100 appointments for us in the past six months. I also appreciate the clean caller ID which boosts our connectivity rates. The team at Koncert is really helpful and quick to respond. The platform itself is robust with minimal downtime, and the connectivity is top-notch, enabling us to have conversations on nearly every fourth call. I also like how the user management is flawlessly easy to use. The app is self-explanatory, making adoption quick and straightforward. The only thing that would make it better for us but not a deal breaker is the list deletion option. As of now there is no way to delete a list once it is uploaded to the system. And this feature would greatly help if you are calling multiple campaigns but your ICP is crossed over from one campaign to the other.
