What do you like best about Kommo?

- Kommo has integrations with almost any chatbot service on the market (Telegram, WhatsApp, Jivosite, etc.). You can connect all your communication channels into one funnel

- You can customize how you view all info about your clients and expand this info with custom fields

- Bot automations. You can create automation bots depending on the values of your fields and funnel stages. It's very convenient to automatically fill up custom fields with these automations

- Easy to use native mobile app on iOS and Android

- Special plans for small businesses

- Customer Support responds very quickly via online chat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kommo?

- Price is too high for small businesses, even with special paid plan

- Lack of customizations in reports

- It's not easy to expand Kommo with custom plugins, documentation is very complicated and lacks examples of real world use cases (we tried PHP one) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
