Eu valorizo muito o chat de texto, porque me ajuda a fazer convocações para processos de seleção e acompanhar os candidatos através das etapas de forma eficiente. Acho que o visual da Kommo poderia ser melhorado. Tem muita informação carregada na tela, o que pode causar uma sensação de sobrecarga para quem está começando a usar a ferramenta. Mesmo com a opção de minimizar as abas laterais, ainda fica um pouco confuso. Seria melhor se as informações do menu lateral pudessem ser concentradas em um local só.
