We love Kombo because they sincerely simplify the process of connecting to ATS platforms, which generally takes months and is complicated. They handle the process themselves and often provide opportunities we wouldn't have otherwise. The simplicity of the platform is a big plus; the normalized models make interacting with each ATS similar, so there's no guesswork on what is supported or how it's mapped. Their support is fantastic as they respond very quickly every time. The well-documented API endpoints also made setup a breeze, and we had it up and running in record time, allowing us to onboard customers within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not really a Kombo issue but some ATS's have very private sandboxes that take a long time to get approved to access. It would be nice if Kombo had more of these in-house capable so we don't have to wait for the ATS before we can test end to end. For example, ICIMS has a backlog of onboarding partners, which can take 3 - 6 months to access their sandbox. If Kombo had a sandbox that they could allow customers to use, this would allow us to bypass the ICIMS timeframe, allowing a way faster time to market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
