What do you like best about Kolleno?

Without a doubt, the dedicated client payment portal is the most valuable part of the platform. Instead of just sending a flat email reminder, we can provide our clients with a secure self-service link where they can view their entire billing history, download statement PDFs. What do you dislike about Kolleno?

Honestly, we really don't do complaints or functional dislikes about how the software performs day to day. If I had to pick something, my biggest frustration is simply that we haven't rolled it out across our other partner companies and sister entities yet, which is causing us to still deal with legacy manual billing headaches on those sides of the business. What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?
