What do you like best about Kokoro?

For me as a professional psychologist a scientific foundation of organizational development tools is a quality gate before I start using them. Kokoro offers an easy to understand foundation in the theories of belongingness, psychological safety and flow.

Despite that scientific roots, applying the tool is very intuitive and easy going. Just what you need in a busy work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kokoro?

What problems is Kokoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

When developing new (leadership) teams e.g. after taking over the team lead it is not easy to track progress on a path to high performance.
