Kodiak Hub gives us one place to manage supplier information, assessments, documents and due diligence. It is much better than trying to manage this through spreadsheets, emails and folders.

The reminders and document control are useful, especially for things like certificates, supplier questionnaires and evidence. It also gives better visibility of supplier information and helps keep things more controlled.

The support from the Kodiak team has also been very good. They understand how we use the system and are quick to help when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only minor points really. We have had the odd issue with the submit button, but nothing major.

The scoring can also be a bit complicated at first, so it is important to understand how it works before rolling it out wider.
