It is extremely user-friendly, even for those outside of Procurement who may not use it as often. The best feature is how clearly it shows the percentage score for each answer, by category, and overall. This information can also be exported as a PDF to share with stakeholders, which is useful because it helps validate any potential risks with a particular supplier. From a personal perspective—and this is really just nit-picking—I wish the colours related to the score were red, amber, and green, rather than orange, blue and green.
