What do you like best about Kodecrew?

As a manager for +40 people I cannot be everywhere and see everything. Kodecrew helps me to collect information about the engagement in my organisation, so I can focus on the people that need help or praise. Like if I can spot a problem with communication in a meeting, I can address that immediately and figure out why. Or I can see if someone is working off hours and praise them for that extra effort. My people know now that I super appreciate all their efforts. It's crazy how productive we are every day, and that is what Kodecrew does! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kodecrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you are an organization above +50 people, management loses track and connection with the production units. Kodecrew is the connection. It helps leaders and middle management to assist in any team dysfunction and show appreciation to those who deserve it. For employees, Kodecrew is the feedback channel for management evaluation. Employees can book out-of-office periods and report in sick more easily. They can also set "do not disturb me" for a time period, and Kodecrew closes down all communication channels connected to it.
