KnowQo is a free service which is extremely helpful for small businesses like ours that are trying to ensure compliance why also not breaking the bank. Even with it being free, it does not sacrifice quality of training which is a massive need for us being in the rehab sphere. It's very easy to use, implementation was quick and painless, and it was nice to receive outreach from the owner who was ready to help very quickly after we signed up. Kind of wish there wasn't a break between each concept requiring you to confirm completion of the concept; would be nice to just continuously flow through each section.
